Q: Can I return an item.
A:If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Email us @ announceit@att.net with your request - INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you receive it. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please enclose the invoice in your package so we can identify it.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you immediately and initiate a refund to your credit card. You usually receive a credit within 5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
